Dissatisfaction with platform or services
Failure to access platform
Technical issues on user's device
Duplicate payments
Incorrect amount entered
Cancellation of membership
Termination of membership
Event cancellation or modification
Personal emergencies or force majeure

FAILED OR DUPLICATE PAYMENTS

Failed transactions are handled by the payment gateway and banks. Duplicate payments must be reported within 48 hours.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Users may cancel membership at any time, however cancellation does not entitle the user to any refund.

DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Disputes shall first be addressed through the Organisation’s grievance mechanism and may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

GOVERNING LAW

This policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of India.
