About the Organisation — Legal Structure & Mission

The Sanatan Parivar platform is jointly operated by:

San Lak Services Pvt. Ltd. – Responsible for technology infrastructure, website operations, payment processing, and administration.

Namaha Om Trust – Responsible for spiritual, cultural, religious, and community welfare initiatives.

Sanatan Parivar is a community-driven initiative created to peacefully unite followers of Sanatana Dharma and build a spiritually enriched community across India and the world.

The Organisation does not promote or support hatred, discrimination, or hostility towards any individual, religion, or community.

Eligibility & Registration

• Membership is open to individuals who identify as followers of Sanatana Dharma.
• Users must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Each individual may maintain only one active registration.
• The Organisation reserves the right to suspend or revoke any registration at its sole discretion.

Contributions, Payments & Financial Terms

ALL CONTRIBUTIONS, DONATIONS, FEES, AND PAYMENTS MADE TO THE ORGANISATION ARE STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

This includes registration fees, voluntary donations, event participation fees, and membership upgrades.

Any reference amount displayed on the Website is purely illustrative and does not create any legal obligation regarding utilisation of funds.

Payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. The Organisation is not responsible for failures, delays, or errors occurring at the payment gateway level.

User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

Users agree NOT to:

• Post hateful, abusive, or unlawful content
• Impersonate another individual or organisation
• Attempt unauthorised system access
• Use the website for unauthorised commercial purposes
• Engage in phishing, fraud, or spamming
• Promote political parties or candidates
• Harvest personal data of other users

Violations may result in immediate termination of membership and possible legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of the Organisation shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the Organisation within the three months preceding the claim.
